Truong Sa archipelago – a very important part of Vietnam’s sea and islands, is considered a symbol of loyalty and national spirit – where many brave comrades and compatriots are guarding the vast sky and sea of the Fatherland.

Many students attended the special report on "Truong Sa Reportage Journey"

Administratively, Truong Sa district belongs to Khanh Hoa province with three administrative units: Truong Sa town, two communes Song Tu Tay and Sinh Ton. The nearest island of Truong Sa is about 250 nautical miles from the mainland. With an important strategic position, Truong Sa island district always receives special attention not only from Khanh Hoa province but also from the central to local authorities. Truong Sa today is gradually changing, the facilities are equipped more and more spaciously, strong vitality covers the sacred island of the Fatherland. The special thing about Truong Sa is that in addition to the officers and soldiers on guard and fighting duty, there are also people living here on the island and on the sea.

With the spirit of “The whole country for Truong Sa, Truong Sa for the Fatherland”, the leaders of the Party, State, Ministry of National Defense and people across the country always give special priority to Truong Sa. Over the past years, the electricity system, roads, schools, stations… have been gradually completed, effectively supporting the learning and living activities of people and officers and soldiers on the island.
