Specialized fields of training:
– Business Law: This specialization provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge in various legal and business fields to solve specialized issues related to the business sector. Additionally, the program also equips students with fundamental knowledge about society and human beings to serve their professional development and personal growth.
– Finance and Banking Law: This specialization trains experts with knowledge in both science and practical applications in the legal aspects of finance, banking, and securities. Graduates are prepared to contribute to the industrialization and modernization of the country, meeting the demands of Vietnam in the international integration process.
– International Commercial Law: Students in this specialization acquire fundamental knowledge about society and human beings for their professional development and self-improvement. The program also provides theoretical and practical knowledge in various legal and International Commercial Law fields to address specialized issues related to international trade.
The distinctive features in training program:
- Some specialized courses are taught in English.
- The program emphasizes practical training in each subject, accounting for approximately one-third of the course duration.
- Students have the opportunity to participate in internships at companies and enterprises that are partners of HUFLIT and the Law Department.
- The “Awareness Internship” program is linked with law firms, courts, etc., available for students from the second year onwards to help them orient and develop their careers.

Specialized fields of training:
- Civil Law: A specialization within the field of Law at HUFLIT. Students in this field will be trained in various aspects, including civil contracts, labor contracts, inheritance, civil litigation procedures, family and marriage law, intellectual property ownership issues, etc. Besides, students will acquire practical skills and expertise for their future careers, such as executing civil judgments, intellectual property law enforcement, contract drafting skills, resolving civil cases, legal practice, and legal consultancy.
- Criminal Law: The training program of Criminal Law provides students with practical knowledge of criminal justice, covering topics in criminal law science, such as crimes, penalties, criminal liability, judicial measures, sentencing decisions, etc. It also includes criminal procedural law science, principles of criminal proceedings, evidence, preventive measures, competent agencies conducting the proceedings, etc. Furthermore, students will be educated on the science of criminal judgment enforcement, which involves individuals who have been convicted, the agencies executing the judgments, procedures, sequences of enforcement for different types of punishments, judicial measures, etc.
