Notice on the Tuition Payment Time for Semester 3 of the 2025 – 2026 Academic Year

1. The tuition payment deadline for semester 3: from 13/04/2026 to 17h on 13/05/2026.

Students are requested to pay by the announced deadline. Students who do not complete the tuition-payment obligation or do not pay tuition on time will: receive an academic warning, not be allowed to sit the end-of-semester exam or do the thesis, not be introduced for internship and not have related dossiers and documents certified; at the same time, depending on the level, may be handled by being forced to suspend or drop out of studies as regulated.

2. Tuition payment methods:

2.1 Paying tuition through the School’s payment portal:

Students pay tuition through the payment portal and follow the steps below:

– Step 1: Students access the page: https://e-bills.vn/pay/huflit and enter the student ID in the “Student ID” box, then press “search” to query the tuition.

– Step 2: Choose the Icon of the unit connected to the School’s payment portal.

a/ If choosing the QRPay Icon. Choose “Payment” => take a screenshot with the QR code, open the Bank app on the phone – insert the image just taken and proceed to authenticate to complete the payment, or,

Students can also choose to pay by cash at any bank in Vietnam by clicking on “ Payment slip”, the screen will show the information for payment (information next to the generated QR code). In which, the payment information is as follows:

Account number and amount: the account number and amount on the payment slip

Receiving bank: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development

Content: write according to the content named on the payment slip

b/ If choosing VNPAY then click on VNPAY Choose “Payment” => choose the corresponding bank icon in use/pre-installed on the device then log in to complete the payment.

In case automatic login is not possible, take a screenshot with the QR code, open the Bank app on the phone, choose the QRPAY feature – insert the image just taken and proceed to authenticate to complete the payment.

2.2 Paying tuition by cash at branches and transaction offices of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) system:

Students go to Branches or Transaction Offices of the Agribank system and request to pay tuition for Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (HUFLIT) through the payment portal by cash and carry out the transaction according to Agribank’s instructions.

(After completing the payment according to the instructions in section 2.1 or 2.2 above, the student’s account will be cleared of debt immediately. Students can check immediately at the website https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/).

3. The form of issuing tuition invoices to students:

After the student pays through the School’s payment portal, within 5 – 7 working days, the student logs into their email account provided by HUFLIT (Student ID@st.huflit.edu.vn)or goes to the website https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/ to receive the e-invoice from the Planning – Finance Office. If after the above time the student has not received the e-invoice via email, the student must immediately contact the Planning-Finance Office to check and reconcile.

The checking and reconciliation time is within 15 days from the date the student pays tuition.

4. Tuition extension for semester 3:

For students in the policy-family category, students with especially difficult circumstances unable to pay tuition on time, or unable to pay the full tuition as regulated, students are requested to carry out the procedure to request a tuition-payment extension:

– Step 1: Download the tuition-extension application form according to the template posted on the School website. (https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/News/Detail/3318/Mau-don-Gia-han-dong-hoc-phi-sinh-vien)

– Step 2: Fill in complete information according to the template

– Step 3: Submit the completed application form to the Faculty office from the date of the notice to 16h00 on 04/5/2026. The Faculties compile and send it to the Political Affairs – Student Affairs Office before 08/5/2026. The tuition-completion time for students is allowed to be extended to a maximum of 17h on 15/6/2026 for all cohorts (including students retaking subjects).

Note: A valid tuition-extension application must have the signature of the applicant and confirmation from the local authority (including the signature and a round stamp in red ink). Students follow the tuition-extension approval results posted on the School website.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology requests the related units, individuals and students to seriously implement this notice. During implementation, if there are questions about tuition, students are requested to contact the Planning – Finance Office for answers; for other content needing support, students contact the Political Affairs – Student Affairs Office./.
