NGÀY: 09/03/2026

The programme not only has the meaning of supplementing academic knowledge but also creates conditions for students to access a professional legal working environment, thereby training professional thinking, professional-ethics awareness and gradually perfecting professional skills in a practical context.

Learn from real files – Meet real people – Do real work.

Here, students access directly the files of cases such as Civil, Criminal, Labour, Marriage & Family. They directly participate in trial sessions to listen to and observe each development and procedure at the hearing, so that students have the opportunity to connect knowledge from the lecture hall into vivid professional experience. They also learn and listen to profession stories shared by experienced Judges.

Students access real files at the Court

In the context of judicial reform and the development of a digital system as at present, digitising files is a task placed at the top priority. Therefore, HUFLIT Law students proactively and actively accompanied and supported the digitisation of files at the People’s Court of Region 8 – Ho Chi Minh City.

The representative of the Leadership Board of the People’s Court of Region 8 – Ho Chi Minh City expects that this activity will help students understand more deeply about trial activities and file management in practice. At the same time, their participation in the digitisation work also contributes to tightening the connection between the two units.
