What is the Economic Law programme? Why do more and more enterprises need personnel who understand the law?

The Economic Law programme at HUFLIT provides in-depth training in law in the fields tied to business activity and enterprise operation such as trade, investment, finance, intellectual property and international trade. In the context of an increasingly complex business environment, enterprises not only need people who understand the market but also need personnel who can identify legal risks, protect the enterprise’s interests and ensure business activity complies with legal regulations.

Studying the Economic Law programme, students are not only equipped with a foundation of legal knowledge but also trained in essential skills such as contract negotiation and drafting, corporate legal consultancy, commercial dispute resolution and risk analysis in business activity. These are the competencies that many enterprises, financial organisations and multinational corporations are looking for in the context of international economic integration.

This programme is especially suited to young people with logical thinking, who love critical thinking, are interested in business and wish to work in a dynamic corporate environment. If you want to become a bridge between the law and business activity, while developing a career in the fields of legal affairs, investment, international trade or risk management, Economic Law will be a choice worth considering.

“Law is not only a fence protecting the enterprise, but also a tool that helps the enterprise develop sustainably.”
