Announcement on Deploying Teaching and Learning at the Hóc Môn Campus for the 2024 Course Students from Semester I of the 2026 – 2027 Academic Year
In the 2026 – 2027 academic year, all 2024 course students will study at the Hóc Môn campus (except students who have already chosen to study at the Hóc Môn campus for the whole course). Address: No. 806 Lê Quang Đạo, Hóc Môn commune, Ho Chi Minh City. The University provides some specific content as follows:
1. Supporting the 2024 course students studying at the Hóc Môn campus
– Travel: shuttle-bus support at a fixed point (the pick-up point and detailed schedule will be announced later);
– Administrative procedures: served right at the Hóc Môn campus, such as returning transcripts, student confirmation letters (military-service deferral, policy-bank loans, foreign-language certificate exams, supplementing personal records), as well as the types of files sent to the units at the Sư Vạn Hạnh campus;
– Students who need accommodation referrals, contact the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union – Vietnam Students’ Association of the University (doanthanhnien@huflit.edu.vn).
2. Study time: students begin studying from period 2 to period 12 (from 07:35 to 18:00) on the days of the week (from Monday to Saturday) according to the student’s specific timetable.
3. The content students need to note
– Students monitor and implement the announcements of the Facilities Procurement Office about the survey and registration for the vehicle travelling to the Hóc Môn campus if needed.
– Students present their student card when entering and exiting the school gate and wear the student card within the school campus.
– Students seriously implement the provisions of the Law and the University’s rules and regulations on ensuring traffic safety, school security and order, and fire prevention and fighting.
– Regularly update information on the University’s information pages (website, fanpage), access the training portal portal.huflit.edu.vn, check the student email (email in the format mssv@st.huflit.edu.vn). If more information is needed, students please contact the Political Affairs – Student Affairs Office through the following channels for support:
