Accompanying the programme was speaker Dustin Phúc Nguyễn – a familiar face in the media field with the role of content leading, production and creation. With his rich experience, he brought practical, vivid perspectives on how people face conflict in daily life.

In his career journey, Dustin made his mark as host and founder of the YouTube channel “Dustin On The Go”, outstanding with series such as Bar Stories, Love is Blind and Dustin On The Go. He once won the Én Đồng – Én Vàng 2016 award, was a VJ of MTV Vietnam (2012–2018) and the Champion of VJ Camp 2012

Not following the dry theoretical-sharing approach, the speaker chose to approach through stories and personal experience, thereby helping students easily relate to themselves. The natural, close but profound leading style contributed to creating a connection throughout the programme, encouraging students to boldly express their views, learn to listen actively and respect differences in communication.

To add more appeal to the programme, the organising committee cleverly combined skills content with artistic elements, bringing a lively and energetic atmosphere right from the first minutes.

The opening with the performance “Có công mài “Sắt”” created an emotional start, helping to stir up the space and connect participants naturally. The flexible interweaving of professional sharing and entertainment elements not only helped the content become more accessible but also maintained students’ interest and positive interaction throughout the programme.

At the workshop, participating students not only got to listen but also had the opportunity to look back at themselves through familiar situations in daily life such as disagreements in teamwork, misunderstandings in communication or pressure in expressing personal views.

Instead of avoiding or reacting emotionally, the workshop directed students towards clearly understanding the deep cause of conflict, thereby learning how to control emotions, choose suitable words and approach the problem with more positive thinking.

The content was conveyed in a close, accessible way but still ensured high applicability, helping students step by step form effective communication skills and build a foundation for sustainable relationships.

Besides the sharing about skills, speaker Dustin Phúc Nguyễn also incorporated perspectives on the self-development journey of young people, especially how each individual learns to clearly understand their own emotions and thoughts during the communication process.

This content was conveyed through the speaker’s real-world experiences and work process in the content-creation field, helping students gain a multidimensional perspective on facing conflict. Thereby, participating students realised that resolving conflict does not only lie in external communication skills but also starts from the awareness and adjustment within each individual.
