- Fresh graduates: About 7-10 million VND/month if they don’t have much experience. At this level, you mainly do basic support work, learn the process and accumulate experience.
- Staff with 1-3 years of experience: About 9-15 million VND/month depending on the enterprise and foreign-language ability, can independently handle administrative work, draft documents and coordinate meetings.
- Working at a foreign company or FDI enterprise: Can reach 15-25 million VND/month if you use English well (TOEIC 800+, IELTS 7.0+), have 3-5 years of experience and work at large corporations such as Samsung, Microsoft, Unilever.
