Online connection, practical commitment
Held via digital screens connecting the two bridge points of Vietnam – Russia, the ceremony took place no less solemnly and joyfully. In particular, at the Russian bridge point, the large participation of the leadership together with many NCSPU students demonstrated the partner’s strong expectation and commitment to this relationship.
The online connection between HUFLIT and NCSPU
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Rector of HUFLIT emphasised that this is not only academic cooperation but also a continuation of the firm friendship between the two nations in the education field. In the context of a volatile world, building a partner network based on trust will help HUFLIT students develop integration thinking and be ready to become global citizens.
Expecting to open a long-term cooperation journey
According to the agreement content, HUFLIT and NCSPU will deploy cooperation in many fields such as student and lecturer exchange, organising short-term academic programmes, coordinating scientific research, sharing teaching materials and developing joint-training programmes. The two sides will also consider credit recognition and build suitable cooperation programmes in the future. The agreement is valid for 5 years and can be extended, creating a foundation for long-term cooperation.

The signing ceremony marks the starting milestone for a promising cooperation journey. The two schools expect to continue effectively deploying cooperation activities in the coming time, contributing to boosting the education connection between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
NCSPU is a public education institution in the Russian Federation, with nearly 40 years of development in the field of pedagogical and social-science training. The school plays an important role in training high-quality education human resources for the Volga–Kama region and the entire Russian Federation.
Besides, the school also trains diverse disciplines such as information technology, language, psychology, culture – arts and social sciences, with a training-programme system built according to federal education standards.
