Requirements:
- Professional level: Graduated from University or higher in Multimedia Communication, Graphic Design, etc.
- Proficient in the following tool sets:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Know how to use DaVinci Resolve for colour grading.
- Good use of Adobe After Effects (for Motion Graphics/Animation).
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Know how to use control software such as OBS Studio, vMix or mixing systems (Switcher).
- Understanding of anti-shake devices (Gimbal), common cameras/camcorders (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.) and Studio lighting techniques.
- Other skills:
- Good aesthetic thinking, quickly grasping short-video trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Ability to organise work scientifically, good time management to meet deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills (to coordinate collaborators and cooperate with departments).
- Hardworking, careful in preserving common assets.
Job description:
- Production & Post-production (Focus):
- Directly film (Videography) and carry out post-production, editing for the School’s communication campaigns;
- Take photos and professionally edit images for the digital library and promotional publications;
- Coordinate with the Content team to build scripts; coordinate with the Design team to carry out motion effects (Animation, Motion Graphics) to increase the appeal of videos.
- Production & Event Management:
- Coordinate videography personnel, set up the scene, arrange a professional lighting system;
- Lead the livestream technique for internal events and cooperation-linkage programmes;
- Manage the team of Collaborators (Videography/Photography) to ensure image quality at large events.
- Resource Management & Equipment Operation:
- Build, classify and manage the School’s image/video data warehouse (Asset Management);
- Take responsibility for managing, operating, preserving the Studio system and technical equipment (cameras, lenses, lights, audio-recording equipment, etc.).
- Creativity & Administration:
- Coordinate with the Social, Marketing, PR team to contribute creative ideas for branding and admission communication campaigns;
- Carry out professional administrative work: Make budget estimates, settlements and propose image-production projects.
