The Finance – Banking Law discipline provides an overview of enterprise operations, financial management, as well as legal regulations related to banking, securities, etc. After graduation, you can choose job positions such as Law lecturer, legal-advisory staff or specialist, financial specialist – manager, partnership-relations manager, etc. Reference salary such as:

  • Director: Over 20 million VND/month – Managing and operating in enterprises and banks.
  • Department head: 10 – 20 million VND/month – Operating a department, managing a team.
  • Specialist: 8 – 15 million VND/month – Carrying out legal and financial operations.

Finance – Banking Law students at HUFLIT are trained comprehensively in legal, financial, banking and securities knowledge. Before the 2025 cohort, the discipline had 03 specialisations including Finance – Banking Law, Business Law and International Commercial Law, while from the 2025 cohort onwards, the discipline has only 02 specialisations, Business Law and International Commercial Law. The change of specialisation helps the training programme focus more on practical needs and the global-integration trend, creating opportunities for students to choose a suitable professional direction and improve competitiveness in the labour market.
