Notice of Final Exam Schedule for Semester II – Academic Year 2023-2024 for students registering for courses in the 2020 course
Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology announces the final exam schedule for semester II (2023-2024) for students who register for courses in the 2020 course (including students of other courses who have registered to pay off course debt and have been approved to postpone the exam), specifically as follows:
EXAM SCHEDULE FOR SEMESTER II – SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024 – Subjects of course 26 (2020) (including students of other courses who have registered to pay off subject debt and have been approved to postpone the exam): Students please see in their personal account (portal).
EXAM ROOM REGULATIONS (Excerpt from Decision 478/QD-DNT on organizing testing and evaluating learning outcomes of students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology signed by the Rector on April 18, 2022).
Note:

- Students who have exams scheduled for multiple subjects at multiple locations in the same exam session (morning or afternoon) please contact the Examination Department – Education Quality Assurance for instructions.
- Students who have overlapping exam schedules for oral subjects of the Faculty of Information Technology, please contact the Faculty Office (2nd floor, area B, Su Van Hanh campus) for instructions.
- Students who were approved to take the exam in the previous school year and have not yet had their exam subjects added to this exam, please come directly to the Examination Room – Education Quality Assurance (1st floor, Area B, Su Van Hanh campus) to have them added.
- Students must be present in the examination room at least 15 minutes before the exam (including oral exams).
- Students should regularly review their personal exam schedule during the exam period to avoid forgetting the exam schedule, going to the wrong exam location, or having changes to the exam schedule (if any).
For any questions about the exam schedule, students please come directly to the office of the Examination – Education Quality Assurance Department (1st floor, Area B, Su Van Hanh campus) for instructions from now until May 10, 2024 (after this time, any complaints will not be resolved).
Students please review the relevant documents and strictly follow them during the exam period.
