Announcement of student exchange program for Fall semester 2024 at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poland

• • Exchange period: 1 semester or 2 semesters, starting from the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year
  • Curriculum: in English. Please refer to https://amupie.amu.edu.pl/ . Students can refer to the Faculty’s training program on the school’s website to choose suitable subjects.

1.Conditions:

• Currently a second year student or above;
• Have an English certificate of level B2 or higher or equivalent; or a certificate of foreign language proficiency from the lecturer in charge.

a. Benefits:

• 100% exemption of tuition and registration fees at AMU;
• Transcripts are issued upon completion of the program;
• The results of studying abroad are considered for credit transfer back to HUFLIT if they are equivalent to the subjects in the program at HUFLIT. The maximum number of credits transferred is 25% of the total credits in the training program (for example, if the training program consists of 100 credits, the maximum number of credits that can be transferred is 25 credits).

b. Obligations:

• Students are responsible for all expenses incurred during the exchange program at AMU;
• Pay the application consultation support fee according to HUFLIT’s regulations (6,000,000 VND/semester) ;
• Pay tuition fees corresponding to the subjects considered for equivalent recognition before departure;
• Specific information on tuition and fees will be sent after students have their visa .

4. The application process is as follows:

• Faculty informs students
• Eligible students register at the Faculty Office.
• The Faculty sends the nomination list to the Foreign Affairs Department before 16:30 on June 9, 2024 (the list must clearly state the name, student ID, email, phone number, passport number and time of exchange). If the number of applications is greater than the number of partners required, the Foreign Affairs Department will organize the selection of suitable students and notify the Faculty of the results. Otherwise, the nomination list from the Faculty will be the official list of participants.
• To avoid losing the opportunity of other students, after being nominated by the Faculty, students will pay 1,000,000 VND at the Foreign Affairs Office before 4:30 p.m. on June 14, 2024. This fee will only be refunded after the student has a student visa.
• After receiving the official nomination list from HUFLIT, AMU will send an email to guide students to register online. Students take a screenshot of the successful registration and send it to the Foreign Affairs Office by 16:30 on June 14, 2023 .
