Announcement of selection of delegates to participate in CommTECH Camp Highlight 2019 program – Indonesia
Based on information from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya, Indonesia, the Department of Foreign Affairs – General Affairs – Administration respectfully announces the Community and Technological Camp Program (CommTECH Highlight 2019), specifically as follows:
– Number: unlimited
– Time : from July 8, 2019 to July 19, 2019
– Location: Surabaya City, Indonesia
– Host organization: Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya (ITS)
– Scholarship information:
The Organizing Committee will support delegates sent by HUFLIT to participate as follows:
+ 1 full scholarship worth 1,600 USD (100% exemption of participation fee);
+ 1 partial scholarship worth 800 USD (50% reduction of participation fee);
+ Partial sponsorship, 600 USD discount (candidates pay 1,000 USD participation fee).
– Documents include :
+ Application form (according to the form of the Organizing Committee);
+ Nomination letter for the CommTECH Camp Program of the School;
+ Documents confirming work/study at the School;
+ Passport scan.
Note: Candidates receiving partial scholarships and partial sponsorship will have to pay the full cost within the time specified by the Organizing Committee (stated in the Invitation Letter).
