Business tours, opportunities to attend seminars and events organized by large corporations are part of the cooperation between HUFLIT Faculty of Economics and Finance and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). These activities aim to create conditions for students to gain practical experience, expand their knowledge and develop necessary skills in the industry.

ACCA Career Quest 2024 brings together employers, accounting and finance professionals and senior personnel from different fields, all interested in exploring career opportunities in the field of accounting – finance – auditing. This is a great event to connect, learn and grow together for those working in this field, especially for students.
Coming to this event, students of HUFLIT Faculty of Economics and Finance were exposed to recruitment trends in the context of digital transformation and how AI is adopted in the global economy in general and Vietnam in particular. The speakers also shared about the importance of Power BI for accounting – finance and data experts, this is also a very “hot” subject of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, which has been included in the training program since 2021.

HUFLIT Faculty of Economics and Finance always strives to equip students with competitive advantages by integrating F2, F3, F7 modules of ACCA program into the training program. This combination helps students meet the increasing requirements from employers and be ready to develop in the context of global digital transformation. This shares the message “Find your unique selling point” of the topic “The Impact of Digital Transformation on Finance Recruitment and Talent Management”, encouraging candidates to seek sustainable advantages and build “standard” profiles through international certificates.
The program was held entirely in English but did not pose any difficulties for HUFLIT students. This was also a valuable opportunity for students majoring in Accounting – Finance – Auditing to learn, develop themselves and connect with leading employers such as PwC Vietnam, Russell Bedford KTC, RSM Vietnam, Grant Thornton Vietnam, KPMG Vietnam, Novo Nordisk, Standard Chartered Bank and Unilever Vietnam. They had interesting conversations and learned about suitable career opportunities for themselves.
