Students who need to change their medical examination and treatment location in the fourth quarter of 2024, please register your information:

+ Registration deadline is October 5, 2024

Note:

    • Students register using the school’s student email in the form mssv@st.huflit.edu.vn
    • For students who do not make a change registration, the school will arrange the hospital itself.
    • All cases where students register with the wrong STUDENT CODE, WRONG HOSPITAL CODE, WRONG HOSPITAL NAME or register at a hospital that does not accept health insurance registration in the fourth quarter of 2024 will have their registration results canceled and they will be responsible for their own registration.
