“Information Technology Day – IT DAY” is an annual activity organized by the Information Technology Faculty Youth Union. “Information Technology Day – IT DAY” in 2024 includes 03 activities: “Information Technology Exhibition Day”, “Specialized seminar on information technology” and “IT NIGHT” Cultural Night. These activities are designed in line with current technology trends, creating great opportunities for students not only to explore advanced technology but also to improve their professional knowledge and connect with the technology community.

The Information Technology Exhibition Day is a day of exhibition, job interviews and display of technology products with the participation of enterprises such as: An Phat Computer Trading Joint Stock Company , Memoryzone Super Speed Information Technology Service Company Limited, Hoang Ha Construction and Investment Trading Joint Stock Company, Network Hub Information Technology Company Limited and many other enterprises including large enterprises in the field of Information Technology training such as ATHENA Network Security Consulting and Training Company Limited . The festival took place on November 21 and 22, 2024 at Hall B, Su Van Hanh campus (HUFLIT), attracting more than 5,000 union members and students to participate in activities.
The Organizing Committee presented flowers and thank you letters to the sponsors.
When coming to the Festival, the members and students of the School not only visit the exhibition booths of prestigious companies and businesses in the field of Information Technology, but also participate in recruitment interviews, participate in exciting games to receive valuable gifts and vouchers to buy technology products at “student” prices.

In addition, within the framework of the Festival, there was also the “League of Legends” Tournament , which took place throughout the 2 days of the exhibition and received enthusiastic response from a large number of HUFLIT members and students. The tournament was created with the desire to create a healthy sports environment, supporting the spirit of Esport. Accordingly, in 2024, “Information Technology Festival – IT DAY” continues with the aim of aiming at a professional tournament, fair competition between teams. This is an opportunity for young people to show their passion, talent and desire to win.

Following the heat of the Information Technology Exhibition Day, the Seminar on Information Technology with the topic “Career Orientation in Information Technology” brought HUFLIT members and students a lot of useful knowledge, listened to the sharing of secrets to building a learning and personal development roadmap, and had the opportunity to meet and interact with speaker Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngan – Head of Recruitment Team of Transcosmos Technology Vietnam Company.

The 2024 “IT DAY” was concluded with the “IT NIGHT” performance night at the 6th floor Hall, Su Van Hanh campus (HUFLIT) with the participation of more than 500 HUFLIT members and students and the careful, methodical and creative investment from content to images by the Organizing Committee to create a playground for the School’s members and students to show their talents.
In addition to the performances by HUFLIT students , the Cultural Night also had the participation of famous singers and actors such as: Truong Tran Anh Duy, Nam Anh, Tan Titan, Minh Kha, Dang Khoi and the participation of the cast of the Kaleidoscope Film Crew .

“Information Technology Festival – IT DAY” in 2024 is one of the outstanding programs, which is interested and loved by students of the whole school. Over the years, this event has continuously affirmed its strong attraction, becoming a brand and great pride for union members and students of the School. In particular, “Information Technology Festival – IT DAY” is the common pride of students of the Faculty of Information Technology, as well as the Youth Union – Association of the Faculty of Information Technology, when contributing to expressing dynamism, creativity and the spirit of continuous innovation through each organization.
