1. Admission requirements: (see details in section 3 “Attached program information”)

  • Currently a HUFLIT student for at least 2 years and completed at least 60 credits at HUFLIT.
  • Language requirements: To facilitate studying in Japan, the program is suitable for students with Japanese language proficiency and requires:
    • For 2+2 Program: JLPT N2 or higher;
    • For Program 2+3.5: JLPT N3.

2. Time, location, method of registration and submission of application:

The Faculty selects and nominates suitable students to participate in the program by sending a scanned file of the nomination list (with confirmation from the Faculty Leader) to the email of the Student Exchange Department, Foreign Affairs Department. Students send email to Faculty (see content below), cc email Student Exchange Department, Foreign Affairs Department: exchange@huflit.edu.vn

– Email Title and Content:

  • Title: Application for the Transfer Program at Kobe International University, Fall Semester 2025.
  • Content:
    • Introduce student information including: Full name, student ID number, date of birth, major at HUFLIT, personal email, Phone number (preferably with Zalo).
    • Reason for sending email: Applying for the Transfer Program at Kobe International University, Fall Semester 2025.

*Note: If students have complete documents when registering to participate (after checking with the conditions to participate in the program), students can attach documents. For students who do not have documents, students need to complete the registration early so that the Faculty can consider the nomination and the Foreign Affairs Office can promptly guide students to prepare documents.

Before 11:30 on June 11, 2025 (In case students register too late and do not have time to prepare documents before the above deadline, the registration will be automatically canceled. Therefore, students need to spend at least 1-1.5 weeks before the deadline to contact the Faculty and prepare documents)
