Coming to the 2025 Exam Support Program, HUFLIT is one of the units that accompany both material and human resources to support a meaningful social program with activities to support candidates and their families from June 25 to June 28, 2025, in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam at 12 testing locations in District 3, District 10 and Hoc Mon District. Those are not just days of wandering under the early summer sun, but also a journey of maturity, sharing and tireless dedication of HUFLIT youth.

HUFLIT youth support dreams for a bright exam
The HUFLIT Exam Support Team worked together and transported items with great enthusiasm and passion. The meeting not only helped the students understand their tasks, but also created a space for connection, spreading the value of “ accompanying and growing together” in this year’s program.
Right after the meeting, the whole team quickly moved and started to classify, inventory, and transport items in an extremely rhythmic chain. With the slogan “ Supporting dreams – Bright exams”, the program gathered more than 280 volunteers from many different faculties and courses studying at the School with the same heart and determination: ready to be a reliable companion of the candidates on their journey to pass the exam.

Peak days with students on every road
From June 25 to June 27, 2025 – the “hottest” days of the high school graduation exam, HUFLIT’s relay teams were present at 12 exam locations in District 3, District 10, Hoc Mon District , from early morning until noon, the blazing sun and pouring rain could not stop the volunteer students.

At the exam site of Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School (District 10, Ho Chi Minh City), a special moment moved the entire volunteer team and parents. That was when volunteer Le Gia Phat, a first-year student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT), carried disabled candidate Nguyen Gia Lam into the exam room. Gia Lam, a student at Dien Hong Secondary and High School (District 10), unfortunately suffered from congenital heart disease and severe complications after surgery, leading to the loss of both arms and legs at a young age. However, he never gave up on studying. Overcoming adversity, Lam completed high school and took the high school graduation exam with the dream of becoming a professional graphic designer.
“I am very proud to be assigned this special task ,” Gia Phat shared. Phat’s eyes were determined, his steps were steady, and Lam squeezed those shoulders tightly with absolute confidence. Without too many words, that image said everything about the will to live, the kindness of youth and the true mission of Exam Support. That moment not only gave Gia Lam strength, but also touched the hearts of many people present that day, who silently watched and smiled, as if they had just been given more hope in the kindness spreading in everyday life.

The one who sows green seeds for faith to take flight
To have such an emotional and complete journey of support, we cannot fail to mention the silent but extremely great companionship of the “HUFLIT common home” that has supported and empowered the volunteer student team to leave their mark with enthusiastic cheers, bright smiles and a spirit of readiness to promptly support students and their families in all situations.
The Program Organizing Committee would like to express our deep gratitude to the School Council, Party Committee – School Board for their close attention and direction, creating favorable conditions for the program to be implemented effectively and thoughtfully. The timely guidance from the School is the compass for students to confidently act, promote the spirit of initiative, responsibility and humanity of the dynamic and affectionate HUFLIT youth.
At the same time, we would like to sincerely thank the HUFLIT Admissions Department for their close coordination in organizing, supporting and spreading the image of HUFLIT closer to the candidates throughout the organization process. The support of the School and the units not only helps the “relay stations” become more neat and professional, but also contributes to strongly spreading the message “Be confident – HUFLIT is with you” to each candidate and their family.

On the afternoon of June 26, 2025, the delegation of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology led by Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Party Secretary, Principal of the University , together with MSc. Dinh Hong Van – Head of Political – Student Affairs Department , MSc. Chung Quoc Phong – Head of Admissions Department , Comrade Chu Ngoc Cam Truc – Deputy Secretary of the University Youth Union was present at the testing sites in District 3 and District 10 to directly visit and encourage the HUFLIT volunteers.

In addition, on the morning of June 27, 2025, HUFLIT volunteers were honored to welcome the delegation of the City Youth Union – Vietnam Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City, the Center for Student Support of Ho Chi Minh City and Thien Long Group led by Comrade Tran Thu Ha – Vice President of the Central Vietnam Student Association, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City , along with Comrade Le Xuan Dung – Director of the City Student Support Center ; Mr. Trinh Van Hao – Director of Communications and External Relations, Thien Long Group Joint Stock Company and Mr. Nguyen Tan Sang – Director of WESET English Center Co., Ltd. visited and encouraged the HUFLIT Exam Support Volunteer Team 2025 at Le Quy Don High School (District 3).

Emotional journey of growing up
The HUFLIT Exam Support Program 2025 is not simply a volunteer activity, but an emotional journey of maturity for HUFLIT youth. It is a journey through hot sunny days, sometimes sudden rains in the middle of a hot afternoon, but no one falters because of that. Because on the shoulders of each volunteer is not only a backpack, but also a sense of responsibility and a heart that is always ready to share. Every step down the street, every bottle of cool water handed over or a quick umbrella in the rain… all contain thoughtfulness, dedication and empathy.
You have put yourself in the shoes of the candidates – the “newbies” who are entering the big door of life for the first time, carrying with them anxiety, nervousness and pressure. In each of those small actions is understanding, the desire to spread love: from students to the community, from the giver to the recipient. And it was also in those days that HUFLIT students learned to live more responsibly, to care more and grow up in the simplest things.
