1. Support students of class 2023 studying at Hoc Mon campus
- Transportation: shuttle support at fixed points (pick-up points and detailed schedules will be announced later);
- Administrative procedures: served right at Hoc Mon facility (returning transcripts, certificates of student deferment of military service, borrowing from policy banks, taking foreign language certificate exams, supplementing personal records, etc. as well as all types of records sent to units at Su Van Hanh facility);
- Students who need to introduce a boarding house, please contact the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union – Vietnamese Student Association of the school (doanthanhnien@huflit.edu.vn).
2. Study time: Students start studying from period 2 to period 12 (from 7:35 to 18:00) on weekdays (from Monday to Saturday) according to the
student’s specific schedule.
3. Things students need to note
- Students monitor and follow the announcements of the Facilities Purchasing Department regarding the survey and registration of vehicles to move to Hoc Mon campus if needed.
- Students present their student cards when entering and exiting the school gate and wear their student cards on campus.
- Students strictly comply with the provisions of the Law, rules and regulations of the School on ensuring traffic safety, school security and order, and fire prevention and fighting.
- Regularly update information on the school’s news pages (website, fanpage), access the huflit.edu.vn Training Portal, check student email (email in the form mssv@st.huflit.edu.vn ).
