Notice on the implementation of “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2025 – 2026 school year (For second-year students, class of 2024)
Implementing Plan No. 74/KH-ĐNT dated July 8, 2025 of the School on organizing “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2025 – 2026 school year. The School announces the implementation of “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for second-year students, class of 2025, specifically as follows:
1. Form of activities: Offline and Online.
2. Time and location: (Details in the attached appendix)
- Online: from October 1, 2025 to October 21, 2025.
- Offline: from September 4, 2025 to September 24, 2025.
3. Activity content: (Attached appendix)
4. Regulations in civic life
– Students must always wear their student ID cards, attend activities on time and please be present 15 minutes early to check in and take their seats before the live activity begins.
– Attendance will be taken during the meetings, students need to pay attention to attend fully according to regulations.
– After completing each activity, students must complete the Summary and Satisfaction Survey to record the evaluation results of their participation in the “Citizenship and Student Activity Week” for the 2025-2026 school year.
– Evaluation of training results and scores: Students who are assessed as having completed the training will have 10 points added to the “Confirmed completion of the Citizenship Activity Week” section in Semester 1 of the 2025-2026 school year in Section III, Article 6, Clause 1 of the Training Score Sheet, when participating in activities and completing the training score with a total of 80 points or more , specifically:
- Participate in activities, self-study online topics and take attendance: 20 points.
- Take the online topic assessment with 30 multiple choice questions, in 15 minutes: 30 points .
- Participate in direct activities (roll call at the beginning and end of class): 20 points .
- Take a live quiz with 30 multiple choice questions in 15 minutes: 30 points.
– For students who do not participate in the Citizenship and Student Activity Week in the 2025-2026 school year, the School will consider deducting student training points in Semester 1, 2025-2026 school year, according to regulations.
5. Organize re-examination and re-evaluation for students with “Failed” results
– After the activities end and the results are announced, the Student Affairs Department will re-examine students who have “Failed” results in the Citizenship and Student Activities Week for the 2025-2026 school year online via the Moodle system.
