Submission period and method:
Students currently enrolled at the University who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to apply for the HUFLIT policy scholarship must submit the application form and required documents to the Office of their Faculty according to the prescribed template.
Submission period: From the date of this announcement until September 20, 2025.
Submission method: Students can submit in person or by postal mail to the Faculty Office. (For postal submissions, the submission date is based on the postmark.)

Implementation:
Each Faculty is responsible for announcing the scholarship opportunity to all students, receiving and consolidating student applications according to the attached form, and sending them to the Office of Student Affairs – Political and Student Affairs Department (both signed paper documents and electronic versions via email: ctctsv@huflit.edu.vn) before October 3, 2025.
The University will organize a Scholarship Evaluation Council meeting. Students awarded the HUFLIT policy scholarship will have the scholarship amount deducted from tuition fees for Semester 2 and Semester 3 (if applicable) of the 2025–2026 academic year; students only pay the remaining balance.
Students eligible for the HUFLIT policy scholarship must follow the regulations above. Late submissions will not be considered.
