The Tourism and Travel Service Management major at HUFLIT is designed with a strong focus on practical application, combining foundational knowledge with real-world professional training.
Students will study specialized subjects such as Tourism Geography, Regional Cultures, History – Cuisine – Beliefs, and develop essential skills in tour operation, tour guiding, travel product design, event organization, customer experience management, and problem-solving.

Students can choose from two specializations:
Tour Guiding
Provides in-depth knowledge of culture, destinations, and tourism interpretation, along with professional guiding, problem-solving, and tour organization skills. Graduates become cultural storytellers—representing Vietnam’s image to international friends.
Tourism Business Management
Focuses on tour planning, travel product design, event and conference organization, marketing and sales, and tour operation management. This path is ideal for students with strategic thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurial ambition in the tourism field.
Beyond professional knowledge, HUFLIT also emphasizes foreign language proficiency (especially English for tourism) and technological competence through training in CRM and tour operation software—preparing students to thrive in a competitive global market.
