Seminar with Chinese Enterprises: Opportunities for Networking and Career Development for HUFLIT Students
On March 22, 2023, the 6th Floor Auditorium at HUFLIT’s Su Van Hanh Campus was filled with excitement as nearly 400 students gathered for the seminar titled “Networking with Chinese Enterprises.” The event was particularly popular among students majoring in Chinese Language Studies, offering a unique and valuable platform to explore the Chinese labor market, corporate culture, and potential career opportunities.
The seminar welcomed representatives from the Chinese Business Association, including seasoned professionals with extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management at leading Chinese enterprises. Their presence brought real-world insights to the discussion, enriching the students’ understanding of the skills and competencies required to succeed in Chinese-speaking professional environments.
Throughout the session, the speakers provided comprehensive overviews of the Chinese labor market, detailing job opportunities for Chinese-speaking professionals, workplace environments in Chinese companies, and key recruitment criteria. These insights helped students better understand the expectations of employers and the qualities that set successful candidates apart in a competitive market.
