HUFLIT announces the guaranteed threshold for admission quality based on the method of evaluating the high school graduation exam results in 2023On July 24, 2023, the Admission Council of HUFLIT announced the guaranteed threshold for admission quality based on the method of evaluating the high school graduation exam results in 2023. This threshold is applicable to 18 undergraduate majors under the regular system, following the admission evaluation process regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training. The admission score threshold ranges from 15 to 16 points.
“Anime Dubbing” 2023 competition – unforgettable impressions
After the intense preliminary rounds held from March 06th, 2023, to March 22nd, 2023, the organization committee of the “Anime Dubbing” 2023 competition eventually selected 6 outstanding teams to advance to the final round.
The final round featured 6 teams from various schools, including 3 teams from HUFLIT, 2 teams formed by alliances between universities and colleges such as the University of Economics and Finance – Ho Chi Minh City (UEF), University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), Vietnam – Japan Institute of Technology (VJIT), FPT Polytechnic College, Saigontourist Hospitality College (SHC), and 1 team from Tan Binh High School.
The “Anime Dubbing” 2023 competition finals took place on April 15th, 2023, creating a resounding impact in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was attended by the Consulate-General of Japan, sponsors, guests, faculty, and more than 400 HUFLIT students.
To add excitement to the competition, the two guest judges, who are also voice actors, Mr. Huynh Thien Trung and Ms. Vo Huyen Chi, brought joy to the contestants and the audience with a surprise performance in the 6th-floor Auditorium.
The contestants from each team delivered excellent performances. The atmosphere in the auditorium was vibrant, enthusiastic, and filled with anticipation.
To relieve tension among the competing teams and the audience, the Japanese Club arranged a Cosplay Fashion Show 2023 during the competition. This show allowed students who love cosplaying as Anime and game characters to showcase their passion. Additionally, the final round featured a heartwarming duet from members of the Hikari Club – University of Economics and Finance – Ho Chi Minh City (UEF).
The “Anime Dubbing” 2023 competition’s results revealed with the Anime Ga Suki Highschool team as the champion. The second place was awarded to the Meow and Magic Tea Party alliance, while HUFLIT’s teams achieved the third-place prizes, which were shared between the Banh Mi Ga team, Asobou yo team, and Yeu Nhat Ban Yeu Nhat Ngu team.
The “Anime Dubbing Competition 2023” officially came to an end. To ensure its success today, the support from MANABI Japanese Language Academy, Diamond Sponsor – Viet – Japan Festival Organizing Committee AAB Vietnam, Gold Sponsor – Japanese Language Yuki Sensei, Silver Sponsor – Pasona Tech Vietnam, Bronze Sponsor – Yamato HR, and MeowCake bakery companion sponsor was crucial. The Japanese Language Club hopes that this competition will be a meaningful and enjoyable playground, providing support and unforgettable memories for all Anime dubbing enthusiasts.
